Dear Residents,

Flag hoisting, patriotic songs and heartfelt performances by the kids filled the air with pride and joy!

Big day for us as we created history with approx 200 kids participation in the cultural event. Thank you to everyone who joined in the momentous occasion.

Following a transparent process and being fair to every participant by assigning slots through random number allocator

Over stretching the culture performances nomination timelines and accommodating every parent’s request post closing the nomination submission timelines. There were approx 160 nominations received by 13th August, 5 pm (the timeline) and the team accommodated around 35-40 kids post closing the google forms on 13th August till the day of the event. The culture team was clear and prioritised to include every kid as part of this event, and no kid to be left out.

Brilliantly managing the show and boosting the morale of the kids- Given the huge participation it was getting difficult to follow the sequence due to timely availability of the kids as per the schedule and the last minute requests.

The schedule that was initially for 2 hours that got stretched to 3.5 hours.

By making the sport activity which was part of the agenda/schedule happen, there were 70 plus participation across all age group/gender

Acknowledging every kid’s effort with participation trophy. People who were not present, missed collecting it. Look out for the next comms.

Thanks to the board and volunteers for understanding and having a big heart- ❤️we took the liberty of putting your kids last in the time slot despite of their early nominations and in the spirit of accommodating other kids, we unfortunately missed giving them the opportunity.

It is a proud moment for our society where so many kids got the opportunity to perform and showcase their talent. We will keep bringing more such opportunities.

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION ON 15th AUGUST 9-1 pm!

Dear residents,

You are cordially invited to join us as we celebrate India’s 78th Independence Day on August 15th. The event will take place at Central Park from 9 am to 1 pm.

Come and be a part of this momentous occasion as we pay tribute to our nation’s freedom and unity.

Solo dance duration 2 minutes

Group dance- duration 3 minutes a) one individual can participate only in one group, b) only 3 groups can participate from one academy.

Singing performance- an individual can perform only once.

Dear residents,

A huge thank you to all of you who participated in our teej celebrations! It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and feel the festive spirit!

Tambola was a blast- thanks for paying along. Let’s do it again soon!

We are grateful for the sense of community and camaraderie that makes our 1st avenue such a wonderful place to live.
